The belt would fit 26” through 28.3”(66cm through 72cm).
You can use as a clutch pouch and a belt solely.
Normal sign of use and age, including some visible cracks and wrinkles on the enamel surface due to its use and aged characteristic, as seen in the photos.
The gold tone CC motif shows some tarnishing, looking like silver tone in some degree.
The chains on the belt are still in good condition.
No noticeable damages are seen.
